This is the dress! I finally have been able to post this. Peter & I had a Garden Party, and invited friends for a "Canberra Centenary Celebration Luncheon". It was a ruse, for we actually got married! No one knew, except for our children and celebrant. It was an amazing afternoon. Thank you to Burt for getting the dress sent to my son before he left the US come back here to Australia.
